KannaVis Botanicals started at a flea market in NJ. A table, some inventory, no paid marketing. Three years later it was three retail locations and a functioning e-commerce store — owner-operated the whole time. No agency helped with that. What helped was figuring out how local customers find a business, what makes them come back, and what actually drives revenue versus what just looks like activity.
